Square Enix accidentally reveals Octopath Traveler's PC version

Considering I've played last of us remastered, horizon zero dawn, Spider-man PS4 and a few others I'm not a shining example for the PCMR and use it more in humour considering these will be ports and we all know how they can turn out

Aye, I get what you mean. I just dislike the superiority complex that some people have when it comes to PC. Then again, the same applies to "console fanboys", or fanboys of any kind really.

If you want to game, game on the platform that is best for you. I wouldn't blame anyone for moving from PC to console, given the lack of tinkering needed to get some games to run well. That said, I enjoy the tinkering.

I can't help but think of Mrs Doyle now...

The only real thing I'd say is a negative for consoles is the having to pay to play online games, I feel that is a con to make money. it's not something you have to do for a PC version of a game

To be perfectly honest, if you plan on getting this as a classic JRPG fan, don't get your hopes up too high.

I got this day one on my Switch and genuinely felt disappointed with it. The stories are really shallow and the constant jumping from one to another broke the flow. What Yahtzee said in his ZP review sums it up really well.
