This beast has allowed me to get a nice 4.01GHz overclock, with help from dugdiamond and especially The Protocol. Very happy

PS I finally bought some cable ties, so all those loose cables are going to get tidied up

very nice

i was almost tempted on getting a antec1200 when they first came out - but i have just realised that there aint much room in them!!!

if you need any help getting 3.8GHz+ from your 1090t, give us a shout

And when I get the Noctua cooler I will do, it will be my first time overclocking. Any help is greatly appreciated

I'm guessing at the time he was "digging" the case. You dig?

Nice specs dude, that PSU looks enormous.
ohmy.gif

Ahh yes haha.

Yeah that PSU is huge it can only fit in a few Antec cases (so it says) so I thought I would try it out
smile.gif

It's huge! And is that a 120mm fan stuck onto it also?

At least it'll be nicely cooled in that case. I'm liking the lighting with the top fans. Makes that 3rd image a scene out of Batman's bat cave.
biggrin.gif

Yeah so I've got direct airflow along the bottom of the case
smile.gif

Might see if I can get some red led fans maybe with some red braided cables, although it was hard enough routing the psu as it was because of the already long cables.

Can't wait to get that stock AMD fan off though!

Just work on the cable management a tiny little bit and get a new heatsink. Stock cooling is a no no! But you have an excellent choice in hardware!

Argh the wizard of cable management has stumbled across my post, I have dreaded this day
laugh.gif

Yeah I know it looks bad, looks a lot better in person but I found it quite hard in this case probably not the best out there for it.

I will continue to try and improve though
biggrin.gif

Soon as I've got the funds that stock cooler is GOING haha.

Your efforts please me. My advice is to take whatever cables you don't use and route them to a blank area, straighten them out, fold them if you wish. Cable tie them, and tie them to the punchouts that are available, and if there are none, you can simply just lay the case down on the open side showing your hardware and to work at the cables in a table like fashion. And push down the cables in a neat area. And once all the cables in the back are packed fittingly. Place the side panel on top and put in the thumbscrews. And if you have any cables near hardware, just disguise them or route them along side of things to make them invisible. And if you have a lot of wire, wrap it around what its coming from and see if you can reach the connector.

hope this helps.
