Somewhat "retro" build

Hello everyone.

Now I've got my Ryzen rig up and running, I've been left itching to get building again.
So I've decided to get a bunch of secondhand parts, throw them together and run a rig that will have Windows XP and run games from that era, but I've got a question regarding PSUs and SSDs.

I have always bought Corsair PSUs because of their quality, but obviously, I pay the price for them. I am on a tight budget and so I can't afford one with a good wattage. Are EVGA, CoolerMaster, Antec or ThermalTake PSUs any good?

Are Sandisk, Kingston, Hynix or Adata SSDs any good? Only ever bought Corsair, Samsung or Intel ones so far and again as with PSU I am very tight on budget, just something around 60-120GB will be fine

I've only got my CPU, RAM and Motherboard so far, everything else is just a rough guide.

Specs
CPU: AMD Phenom II 955
Cooler: Cooler Master 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 1600 4GB
Motherboard: Asus - M5A78L-M/USB3 (PC Part Picker says this and my CPU aren't compatible, but I've checked on Asus' website and can confirm that they are)
GPU: Radeon HD 6850 or 6870
SSD/HDD: 60/120GB SSD + 1TB HDD
Case: Not sure yet
PSU: 600W+

Thanks everyone

I have not had a problem with the kingston SSD, I have a 240 in my rig and its not missed a beat in 2 years :). It's nice to see a "retro" build on here

I've used both an Adata SP920 SSD (that's currently housing the OS on my desktop) it's been stellar so far.
And I've put a KINGSTON UV400 120GB ssd in my father's little pentium desktop no complaints there either.
PSU wise, Antec (good), EVGA(good),CoolerMaster(hit or miss), Thermaltake ("acceptable")

Thank you gentlemen, I've been thinking that EVGA and Antec are the ones to go for out the lot, people have asked about me getting a Corsair one secondhand but I'd never buy a secondhand PSU. Refurbed at most. Only reason I want to get at least 600W is because I'll also be using this build to do my first water cooling loop as well.

I recently "upgraded" to an i7-2600K and 16gb DDR3 from my old 955BE and 8gb DDR2 system, and have passed on my old parts along with my old HD5850 GPU to a friend of mine who built a rig for his daughter to play Elite: Dangerous at 1080p. It's surprisingly capable, and did me well for the last six years or so. Good build that.
