Software for Roland Vinyl Cutter

Hey guys...

Im helping out a mate whos bought a Vinyl Cutter

Hes looking for some good software to use to allow him to print and cut different patterns and styles using CAD software, and wants some software which will allow him to convert rasta images to Vector.

Can anyone recommend anything that free or locate software which I can download for him please? Hes recommended software such as:

Stonecut pro

Deco Studio

Cocut pro x4

Smartcut pro 2.0

Rhinestone workx

But all of these cost ALOT of money.

Any suggestions guys??
