If you are looking for a specific motherboard we would need to know the socket.
E5 would be 2011 or 1356
Anything that is the same socket will run the Xeon it just won't be officially supported.
There are ZERO mini-ITX boards that are 2011 (I'm assuming that's the socket you want)
So you will be stuck with a micro-ATX of which there are few choices.
I agree asrock could be an option anyway biostar is also kicking out very well to the market they have a lot to offer then =) they focus for Audio quality specially for gamers..
