Small high res monitor?

I'm just wondering if any of you know of a monitor that would be worth me saving up for that's 15 to 20 inches with 1080p or greater resolution and preferably <3ms response but 5ms may still work alright considering how long it takes to render a frame in some games from what I've read. VGA is a no no for me, the screen tearing at moderate frame rates is silly. DVI and HDMI will do me fine. I'm looking for the absolute smallest 1080p> available.

If such a product doesn't exist then I'll just upgrade to 16GB of RAM while it's cheap and buy my friend a present.

May I ask why do you need it to be so small? Have a look at iiyama's, they are making 22" 1080p 2ms LCD's, they are the smallest ones I know of. My brother is using one, and honestly, it seems like it can't be any smaller, if you look very close. The pixels are just so close to each other.. Looks very bright and nice, but I would prefer 120Hz LCD/LED over this anytime.

Get the ram
