Sigh... So I started doing what I my dad always taught me. Check the obvious first. Checked the seating of the ram. After that I had to switch the power supply on, figured what the heck, I'll check the cable, make sure it's secure in there. It wasn't. I was able to push it in some. Figured I'd plug it into the wall at the same time instead of through a multi-outlet. Boot up into XP, run Intel Burn Test, bam, same everything except for lower RAM voltage and slightly lower timings (my RAM actually has them on the sticker, DAMN YOU EYES! lol) and ran stable...
So I'm going to OC it again, run some games, see if it crashes. If it doesn't, I'm going to slap myself...
