Sleeving an Arctic Cooling F12 PWM?

So I've bought 5 of the f12 PWM's form Arctic Cooling. I was intending on sleeving them and didn't mind the extra work in order to sleeve them myself for the small price tag of the fan of just £3.66.

Unfortunately I've run into a bit of a problem in regards to the actual sleeving of the fans cables, I'm not really sure on how to put the sleeving or heatshrink on as the cable is in such a way that it can be daisy chained and means that the point where I would usually start the sleeving is split into 2 wires. I think it would probably be best if I stopped tying as showed some pics of my dilemma.

Thanks for any suggestions or help as always.

Now then (not many non-Yorkshire people have heard of that in my experience, so I try get it in when I can).

I assume that like most people you will be hooking the fans up using the female connector which is the one that you've removed the casing of? It's quite unlikely that you'll ever need the male connector hanging off there, unless you wanted to hook them up in a daisy chain configuration onto a single power connector.

If you do not need it, I suggest simply removing it (like you said the fans are £3.66 after all). The simplest way is probably just snipping the wires off very short near the female connector, then sleeving and heatshrinking the wires as normal.

If you were planning on using the male connectors as well, then I'd still recommend removing them and buying a couple of fan splitters to wire them up instead, otherwise sleeving them would be difficult, or just more hassle than it's worth. Fan splitters cost about £1-£2 each on eBay

Thanks mate. That was my initial idea but I wasn't convinced that that was my only option so i thought I might see if I could get away with anything else. Should have the cables sleeved and ready but the end of today :).
(will post pics when I've done)
