Sleep

I feel worse if I sleep too long than if I sleep too little. I feel better after getting 6 hours than I do from 10. If I get 6-7, I feel slightly tired, but alert. 8-9 is optimal. More than 9.5 and I will feel tired and less alert all day.
 
How much sleep I get depends on the drugs I'm currently taking. Right now I get about 3 hours before waking up in a cold sweat from a nightmare. That's why I'm online at 4.48am :p
 
Nightmares are kewl when u get to a point where u can control the events.

Dreams I h8 are ones where u think u`r awake, and why is it 10mins of a dream is like 3 hours in reality !!
 
I thought that you can sleep for 10 mins and have a dream that you feel has been going on for hours! And isn't it true that you dream loads of times throughout the night but only remember the last one?
 
ah, another thing for people who cant sleep.....

dont drink anything like coffee/tea/redbull....

its known to make people feel tired but cant sleep

Is true!

Your brain has to stay active.. In some way.. so it just imagens. :)

You remember some.. depending on how deep you are sleeping.
