I feel worse if I sleep too long than if I sleep too little. I feel better after getting 6 hours than I do from 10. If I get 6-7, I feel slightly tired, but alert. 8-9 is optimal. More than 9.5 and I will feel tired and less alert all day.
How much sleep I get depends on the drugs I'm currently taking. Right now I get about 3 hours before waking up in a cold sweat from a nightmare. That's why I'm online at 4.48am
