I will be ready for this, oh yes! Gonna be a good weekend for gaming, Rockstar handing out $250K for Halloween and been on a massive hacker and modder banning spree also removing trillions in hacked cash, and now we have the pre load for Skyrim SE. I'm like a giddy child at Christmas.

The hype is overwhelming for me, I'm so excited I could kick a puppy :lol:I'm a huge nerd when it comes to Elder Scrolls, and initially I wasn't going to play this as I figured 650 hours playing the original one would be plenty... And then I watched some Youtube video on the Special Edition and... I was sold! The hype is real

So long as you have all the DLC (Dawnguard, Dragon Born & Hearthfire) you should find another instance of Skyrim in your library, the pre load is in there.

It wasn't in my library right away. So I went to the special edition store page and then steam blocked my from buying and said it's already in your account, then it started downloading.try that if you don't have it.
Also, it is not showing up for everyone. Due to server issues and high demand it's going slower than expected, so wait 24hrs and all proper accounts should get it. BTW the original game owners go first(provided you have the DLC). Then Legendary edition buyers.

I've got the normal edition and I bought all the DLC separately, so I guess I should get it soon. Hopefully it arrives before 24h, because by then the game will almost be out anyway

As long as it's before it comes out you should be happy. Some people might get it game day. Never know, I mean it's free so I wouldn't complain

Not all that impressed if I'm honest, a few graphical lighting upgrades and some new foliage.. modded was better. Now to top the disappointment off my old save game will not work.

You need to have Hearthfire, Dragon Born & Dawnguard DLCs which you can grab for as little as £8 for them all in a pack. Look at G2A or CDKeys once you have those it can take upto 48 hours for the special edition to appear in your library, there is no time limit on when you will be able to get it as for PC it is FREE.

TBH man I never even fully finished the game. I did complete the story line but it had nothing to hold me whatsoever given I'm not really a fan of dungeons and dragons (in the literal sense, not the game/book namesakes). Much more of a Fallout man tbh, that's why I decided the other night that I was going to play Quantum Break on the pew pew ! rig (the biggun) and Fallout New Vegas on the WC silent rig. I never really put that much time into New Vegas.
