Very nice, about time someone came out with a small footprint well-specced car PC.

The only thing that I think they could have done better would have been to have WiFi built-in with a port on the side to allow for an extended antenna to the cars roof. What's the point of a car PC w/o the internet??

I guess a feasible way for connectivity would to run a USB extension cable up to the kawkpit near the center console area where you could plug in your data-enabled cell phone to use as a gateway for internet which would give you a more consistent connection whilst moving.

Looks cool :)

Dare I ask tho, who needs a pc in the car  PDA ftw :D

Someone who wants to play decent games, watch TV, surf the net using a proper browser, have a screen bigger than 3", be able to use normal applications, integrate it into their sound system...would be my guess :)

Be nice in something van sized I guess

I was just thinking that there's not much space in a car for a screen etc.

i think the only think i would ever use these for is if i mod my car when im older and get a nice 30inch lcd (in the boot) and use one of these on them :D

bit like the voompc enclosure. pc's in cars are good thing, all the things you can do when tying it in with the ecu.

If you could train Vista's voice-recognition well enough you could easily do without the keyboard completely and just go with a touchscreen + voice. No mouse or keyboard required :D Unless u wanted to play games of course.
