Should my plans include a aftermarket cooler

an aftermarket cooler makes a world of difference for noise and temps, even for stock clocked cpus. for your i3 I'd say go for a coolermaster hyper 212 evo. Excellent bang for buck :) .

Mind you, you're not going to fit that mATX board inside an mITX case!!

For your set-up, the stock cooler will do. It will make a little more noise as an aftermarket solution (as Barnsley mentioned) if that doesn't bother you too much, the money is better spent on an i5 or another 4GB of RAM. Temps will be absolutely fine.

I love it when people say "I only use my PC for gaming"... that's pretty much one of the most intensive uses of a PC! You'll certainly be maxing out your graphics capacity whilst gaming, and also putting the CPU under a heavy load. So yes, if you're going to be gaming, you should fit an aftermarket air cooler. If you're going to be overclocking and gaming, then fit an all in one water cooler. And if you're going for epic overclocks, fit a custom watercooling loop.

Intel Core i3 series cannot overclock since Sandy Bridge mate. Besides, looking at the spec list this is a budget build and watercooling would cost the same as the entire PC.

^^What he said^^
I would go for a h80 but my supplier don't stock much aftermarket coolers and I don't trust spending so much over the internet (online shopping)

I really love the prodigy and pretty much that's the only case i'm going with if i build a matx gaming pc
