This is a design I've been seeing a lot recently, and I think that while its got potential its all down to the margins - if the gaps are more than a mm or so between the heatpipes and the rest of the heatsink base then I doubt it'll work out as worth it.

Add that to the fact the fan blades look tiny to me, and I'm not sure how well it'll get on

That's an interesting fan design. I wonder how it performs compared to a regular Silent Eagle?

All coolers looks very similar, but not all perform the same

I'm *hoping* this direct heatpipe system will lead to better results - if it does, I forsee 6 heatpipe coolers with much wider heatpipes, allowing for them to touch more of the IHS...

Alternatively its just a big gimmick!
