Server 2003 lanned file sharing

Me and deathwish are currently lanning with some buddies. Basically we can see our 2 buddies who are on XP (and get files off them - visible on the network)

Us two on server 2k3 are not visible to others without clicking add new place BUT when i find him, click "+" to expand shared docs...nothing comes up.

I have tried to share my "downloads" folder but this is only visible on my pc as "local network"

Made theyre all in the same workgroup?

I've got two on my home network, makes it a total pita too see the others...
