Serious Invision 2.2.1 Problems !!!

Just upgraded from 2.1.7 to 2.2.1 and have serious problems.

I havent touched any settings but for some reason no e-mails from the forum are being sent out anymore like new pm e-mails, validation e-mails, subscription e-mails etc etc.

No error is showing so I dont know how I can fix it.

Another error I am getting when trying to view any attachments is this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: attach_get_perms() in /home/norther/public_html/ips_kernel/class_db.php on line 590

Any idea how I can fix these errors.

Bah the upgrade went fine for me.

Try and re-configure the email settings.
