Weird monitor behaviour after moving.

if this is the wrong section feel free to move

Hey guys I wondering if anyone can help me trouble shoot a problem ....

Ive recently just moved house but after moving my monitors have been acting weird....

Firstly it started with my 1080p HD monitor using hdmi.
Every now and then the screen would go black and turn on again as if I had turned it off or losing connection. It's completely random doesn't matter if I'm playing a game watching a movie or just browsing the web.

Now my second monitor ROG swift only today has started doing the same thing at the same time as the other.

And my pc randomly restarted it's self just the once :/ no warning no BSOD nothing. And booted up by it self with no error messages etc.

I'm confused and worried and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix these issues.

Many thanks.

Sounds like power issues with the monitors. If it has trouble staying on that could mean a capacitor or two might have blown.

I'm hoping it's just a dodgy HDMI cable. Gonna try different cables after checking all the cables are in correctly.

I'm hoping it's nothing serious. And it's only happens since I moved before I never had a issue.
