self made cables

hey all,
I want to give it a try and make power cables for my computer (24pin , 6pin 4pin etc.).
so I'm looking for connectors , pins and cables. anyone 's got an idea where can I find those?

I think you can get the connectors and pins from Ebay, not sure about cables but i'm guessing you can.

make sure you but the correctly specified wire (buy an awg too low and melting may occur, etc)
