Screwed through rad.

Hi, when installed my CoolIt Eco into my system earlier on, I had not lined up the fan and the rad correctly and ending up screwing through the rad. It is only a prefilled liquid cooler so is there any chance at all it will still work. Thanks.

as long as you never punctured the pipes then it will work the fins can be bent back but generally if its a all in one and its not leaking i would say its safe. if its outside the case move it around a bit see if it leaks.

as blair said if u have screwed though the fins but now into the cooling pipes u "MIGHT"be ok but as it is damaged now i would not trust it so if i was u i would not install it inside if the rig with all of the other components,i would install it outside if the case just to be on the safe side,(get a set of Z mounts to mount it)
