Yeah Kaapstad I love my 290x Vapor X it never really gets that hot maybe 84C when i'm benchmarking it but that's at 1230mhz normally 73C for gaming

I hope its the same waterblock as I can't get an EK one atm as they went EOL

That Sapphire 'Tri-X look' is the best of all of the aftermarket R9 series cards.

I have an R9-280x OC Toxic with that same triple fan setup and it's the best 280 of the three that I own.

I liked the old one a lot. This new one looks great except the fact the gold seems more of a light orange and looks little off to me. Guess we will see tomorrow when NDA is lifted.

You are right about the slightly orange tint but the all black one looks great and you could put your own colour stamp on it

Only thing I don't like with that card is the 6 phase (?) led lights on the back of the GPU. Which flashes randomly depending on the workload of the GPU.
