Sapphire BIOS need 7950

The one on Techpower up is the same one. They only put the official BIOS from manufacturers in the database.

Is that card a non reference card? if yes, you can't put another BIOS on it unless Saphire release one for that exact card.

It has a reference pcb version 2 (blue pcb with criss crossed transistors next to vrm's)

If it has black pcb then it is reference pcb v1

You can submit your own BIOS but they only put official ones on the database, as far as I know anyway.

So whats the point in us submitting bios's ?

So you can slap a better BIOS on a reference card and or try for better overclocks.
The BIOS might have been uploaded by a user but it only gets put on the database if it's an official BIOS, not a modded one.

If people were allowed to upload custom BIOS it could lead to a lot of bricked cards and Techpowerup would be in for a lot of trouble. The only place I know of where you can get modded BIOS is from sites like HWbot and the likes.

My Sapphire 7970 has a dual bios option it's right next to the Crossfire link. I have GHZ on Bios 1 and Factory on Bios 2.
