I'd say yes and no on that one. Yes, they're server processors and no in that the target TDP for these chips is 150W ([font=Verdana, Tahoma,]Xeon E5-2687W)[/font]. The other CPUs are less hot. It's the 20MB of cache that these CPUs have that drives up the TDP. Overclocking these will be bat****. 150W (max) x 2. Can't speculate overclocked TDP beyond that, as I don't have voltages and achieved clock frequencies. I wonder, can I justify replacing central heating with a 24/7 F@H SR3 rig.
