SanDisk Extreme 120Gb vs 840 Pro 128GB

Ive been looking at some different ssd's to get one, i only want to spend max £80 and i found the SanDisk Extreme 120Gb, the thing that worried me was that is has basically the same performance as the 840 pro but ist £20 cheaper, and i was wondering if there has been any common problems with them or anything?? Ive looked at some reviews and they all say that it is a very good drive!! All help appreciated

Samsung controller is very good (so I hear) but sandisk make their own nand so can cherry pick it.

Find out what controller the sandisk is using if its good (Google it) then save yourself the money and get the cheapest.

Try on google shopping and you will find the Samsung a matter of 2 quid cheaper.... based on reviews @ ebuyer the SanDisk get a 9/10 and the Samsung 8.5/10.

Personally I'd go with the Sandisk Extreme 120GB

I had a Sandisk SSD and it was really good the only reason I changed when I upgraded was they didn't have them in stock. I have heard that the Samsungs are really good too so go with which ever is cheaper at the time.
