Samsung's new process roadmap now extends down to 4nm

Samsung has now showcased their new Foundry roadmap, which now extends all the way down to 4nm with a "post FinFET" transistor structure.

Gotta love the marketing ploys here.

There 4nm stuff probably won't be for high performance designs. Probably at most for mobile
