Samsung showcase a 3440x1440 100Hz HDR FreeSync display

Damn these electric sex pants!! Hope it comes in under $2k (AUD) so it's in Swift 34" territory as far as pricing is concerned.
 
Oh god, this ticks every box. So now I must make the decision London at the end of the year, or one of these...

Edit : doesn't look like it has a vesa mount. Looks like I'll be going to London :(

Samsung have been pretty poor on the VESA mounts lately. Most panels don't have them. This one looks like it's designed to be pretty from either side of the desk.
I know you can get adaptors for most Sammy panels for VESA mounting. They just look a bit awkward. You can always use 3M double sided tape it holds a fair weight but I'm not sure I'd trust it with that many dollars worth of panel.

It will be in the Swift pricing or over $2K if i took a guess maybe at some places they might try and charge like $2199 or $2299 still makes me think that the Acer X34 is still the best 34 inch monitor you can buy and the price is dropping on it but still no where near in my price range tho.

I still don't get why people keep saying the ROG Swift is the best G-Sync monitor out there it's not really i have check the spec's for both the Swift and the X34 to me the X34 is a clear winner over the Swift, Over yeah i know cause it's a ASUS and some people think oh it's a ACER so it must be crap i used to think like that until i seen the Acer X34 and fell in love with it, I really don't like the Swift since what ASUS has done to it.

Yeah Acer is the one to buy unless you have money to burn. It is the exact same panel but it's $150 cheaper. The Swift was $1999 when it first released. At least it's down around $1800 now. I don't love the stand on the Swift. I'd probably mount them to a dual vertical mount I have with a 24" on top.
