Samsung s5 Keyboard errror

Hi can u help me

the touch screen is working fine (it allows taps, gestures, etc) but that: the keyboard doesn't automatically come up when you tap in a field that should cause it to be shown on certain apps like facebook messenger and another game I play It works fine on facebook

status and other apps

Ive reset default keyboard settings

Cleared cache

Even tried multiple keyboards

The cursor flashes in the text box but the automatic keyboard wont show up to allow me too type

That part of the screen is also fin as I can tap it normally fine

Please help me L
