Safe GPU Vram temperatures

My 6950 is running at 80 load at the moment (vram). what is the safe temperatures for vram?

My gpu has been running at 100° cause of dust build up and the vram was pretty hot as well so 80° isent a problem. I think there so many variants of safe cause of all the difrent parts in it.

my 7970s run 60+ under water so 80 ok
