Runtime Error 217, How can i fix this?

hello all,
I booted up my rig today and I got a Runtime error 217 at 00159489 on my desktop, does anyone know what this is or how I can fix it?

Fixing Runtime Error 217
A quick anti-virus scan is never a bad idea when any Runtime Error occurs and Runtime Error 217 is no acceptation. However, if that doesn’t work you can try the following to elevate the problem:
Steps:
Click Start Button.
Click Control Panel.
Select Internet Options.
Select Programs, then Manage Add Ons.
Locate Norton Confidential Browser Helper in list being used by Internet Explorer.
Click Disable.
Click OK to confirm.
Restart your computer allowing changes to take hold.

If it were me, I'd get that piece of shit Norton uninstalled with all due haste.

If it were me, I'd get that piece of shit Norton uninstalled with all due haste.

Tut tut SuB, I thought swearing is prohibited on the forums? Heh, s'pose it can't be helped in some cases, this is understandable if the OP is using Norton :lol::lol:

Thanks for the help I have never had Norton on my system so I have a feeling it could have been a virus, I did a scan, found 4 potential threats and removed them so hopefully it wont pop up again.

It is prohibited. But this is Norton we're talking about here!!
