Rma gpu

I dont know how many of you have sent a component back to get it fixed or replaced but normally how long dose this kind of thing take ? i sent my gpu out its been a good 4 maybe 5 weeks and still nothing i sent it back to Germany from the online shop i bought it from and they said they sent it to the manufacturer saying 2 maybe 3 weeks max not hear anything back or answer to any emails

You need to work with who you bought it from.

Some RMA's are a week but it depends if its a repair or a replace.

There is no standard amount of time sadly

Well dam i sat down and got on their case found out exactly - and whos who in there and sent them all an email and the returns division i already had, in duplicate English and German by the time i got up after my noon nap what do i see

now im thinking did i pizzz em off and there's a canister of zyklon B ready to be released soon as i put it under load


well any which way it tunrs out i wont have to cough up any stooopid monies for a new one any time soon
