Re-introducing myself

Hey, I registered some time ago, and such. Just recently my old pc kind of crapped out. I'm currently running on my HP Entertainment Laptop, for school, internet, and such.

I'm going to school for engineering, most likely with computers.

I'm going to be building up a new PC for myself, water cooled. Its main purpose would be gaming, MMORPG's mostly. As well as, music, and internet.

I'm completely confident in being able to build it myself and everything, my only problem is. I have some questions, and I need someone to help me choose out the some parts seeing as I'm not completely positive about certain things.

As well as, I live in the USA, in Pennsylvania. What are some sites that have the best deals?

I heard newegg.com is the best, but than I've heard some are cheaper...

So any suggestions..
