RE-Caseing..

Morning :D

I am need of a new case that can house all my current components, it needs to have ample room for for a 360rad & bigger for a future project, I currently have an NZXT 810 and after trying to to get help with acquiring a part & the ticket being closed without being resolved  *hope they enjoyed the survey response*, that company isn't having anymore of my money so no NZXT branded cases please

any ideas? :)

The Corsair 900D or 750D come to mind. I've never had a bad experience with Corsair.

Also, I'm sorry for your experience with NZXT. I had the same thing happen to me. I even contacted a representative from one of the forums and they said I would be taken care of, but nothing ever happened.

What are the rest of your specs like mate? What size is your motherboard, how many GPUs etc?

For a full tower it might be worth it to wait for a little while. If you like the looks, it seems like a pretty solid buy for your needs:

I like the look of the 900D but its big money :(

I know right!! I was so disappointed with the lack of support I will be staying clear of NZXT from now on.
I have had a problem with corsair, but they sorted it within a week!

Would this house all my sexy amd equipment?
seen it in someone's build on here & well I think im in love!

the main concern is that I have a bay res with flow thingy from ek, would this still be functional?

As everyone and their mum has a 540 (no offense meant) I'd say try anything by Silverstone (maybe this), Phantek's Enthoo Primo or if you're feeling brave Lian Li.

haha, I like the Silverstone but looks odd where would me massive 360 fit in there?
h

lian li, I have never really bothered with there cases' they don't scream to me for some reason
what part is it you're having trouble with on your switch btw?
the non removable optical bay, nzxt closed my ticket without even bothering to reply to it & its really annoyed me rudeness like that gets to me, if they had said piss off & closed it I would have been cool, just closeing it SO RUDE!!
Phantecs Enthoo Primo get's my vote if not the Corsair 750D

the NZXT Switch 810 is my favorite case by miles
phantecs is way out of my price range, I like the 750d front is a bit bland tho

You can if you remove the rivets.. , I tried to modify the optical bay failed.. used an angle grinder lmfao & was trying to source a replacement & nzxt where less than helpful on the matter

i think that's why they will not help you, you've modded the case and voided the warranty, as for aa replacement you'll just have to repair it or find one on fleebay

that still does not give them the right to be rude.. a simple no we could not help you wouldn't help.. instead just close it? where they raised in a dam barn?

very true and i understand where your coming from, i got the same thing when i needed a new roof panel for my old switch 810 (really wish i didn't get rid of it) for a kraken X60, still don't know anyone who got one....

my point it every company will do something to upset you sooner or later, i had a big issue with Corsair over there H100i and there dead LED's (3 H100i in 7 weeks) now i know not to buy there H coolers lucky for me Novatech really helped me out, but still have a Corsair 750D.

EDIT: and i have a Corsair AX760 psu

Not sure if this helps but, I think I've got my optical bays out of my old 630 knocking about somewhere. It's in matte black though, your welcome to them if you want buddy.
