Razer Mamba Dock issues.

I've recently bought the Razer mamba off Amazon from a real store and my first impressions were questionable. After opening the box their was part of a receipt for a shipping label for some Diego Hern and the rest of his name was torn off. The mouse was paired once I turned it on. First I thought, "great, this is used" but after wards the packaging seemed clean, and untouched. The mouse was defect-less in a aesthetic sense. The only aesthetic problem I could find was the charging dock did not sit flat on my desk, and I have a glass desk.

Recently when I've been playing in wireless mode the signal cuts out and my cursor wont move. I don't get any issues in wired mode but I would like to use this mouse in wireless mode for the freedom of not having a cord drag around. I haven't found many post concerning this issue when I googled it, or perhaps i'm not describing my problem correctly. The only things I could find about this mouse was that there were driver isues with the mouse. I couldn't find any other reasons that explained in greater detail. I would like to try and solve the problem because returning it means I will be without a mouse, well a functional one. My cheep wireless Logitech served me for 4 years but is falling apart. The left click requires extra force to make it click and the scrolling wheel no longer works.

Does anyone else have this mouse, and could they give me some feed back on it. I feel like a driver issue shouldn't stop the mouse from being detected by my computer when ONLY in wireless mode. I head my "USB device connected" whenever the mouse starts to work again. I guess i'll just have to use it in wired mode. I'll feel like I paid for a feature I'll never use.

Maybe its a problem with the dock from factory and someone got it and returned it.
my dock sits fine and just sometimes (must say very rare) it didn`t paired from first attempt but no disconnects while using.and i have it for 3 years now no problems with it. i advise you to return it if its a faulty one
