So this started happening the other day, since steam updated it's store. I havn't been playing too much because of college but when I do I get random freezes for half a second. It feels like as if your lagging but it happens in multiplayer and singleplayer games. It was happening in quake live, the binding of isaac and gauntlet from what I have seen so far. I havn't updated anything or changed anything, no new software bar quake live and the steam update.

3930k @4.6ghz
EVGA GTX 680 sli
16gb Corsair Vengeance
Corsair Force gt 120 gb
Sandisk extreme 240 gb
Any ideas whats causing this? The only over clock I am running is the cpu. Cooling wise everything sits below 60c so it shouldn't be that.
Any help would be appreciated as its annoying as hell.
