Random Freezing/Buzzing

I just put a new system together and am experiencing random freezes and this buzzing noise. It usually lasts for about 15 sec. and then everything goes back to normal. Anybody got any ideas as to what's going on ?
System specs: Asus Maximus XI Apex Z390, 8700K, Corsair LP ram at 3600 DDR4, Corsair HX 1000, 2x WD Black 500 Gb. Nvme M.2 in raid 0, Evga 1080 TI SC2

Can you try the old cardboard tube test to narrow down where the buzzing is coming from?

Its gotta be coming from the motherboard, no ?

You'd be amazed at the PC component's ability to throw its voice. It could just as easily be the psu, gpu or aio if you're using one.

Cardboard tube is a good idea tbh.
