Got the RAM Friday . What a difference it has made - going from 4X256MB Twinmos stuff to 2X1GB G.skills!! Everything nice and quick, games improved lots 
Running DOD on 1280X1280 (highest res for the monitor), full settings at 70fps (which is the refresh rate) average. Looks gorgeous! BF2 running a lot better now too, less jerkyness. I increased the AGP aperature to 256MB as I only have 128MB on the card, seems to have helped.
Shall get round to clocking very soon and I'll keep you updated
