Ram stress test software

OCCT - use the linpack test. Thats the harshest test available for ram and cpu.

I didn't know the linpack test is stressing the ram to it's fullest extend. I have always just used it to check my CPU and ran Memtest after that, but if it tests the ram aswell, that would save me some time. Great!

Mem test is the best for beating it to a pulp but OCCT will have everything mega hot stressing the nads off it, and pick up any errors.

Ive had stuff 8hour prime stable before and OCCT has crashed in no time. All the compo rigs were overnight OCCT stable including acceptable temps.

Alright thanks for the quick answer

. I also experienced an overclock being completely stable when priming for 5-8 hours but crashing when stressed with OCCT in under 1 hour. I also much prefer the OCCT look and feel, the application is just much nicer.

Will give occt linpack a bash see how it goes. I'm wanting to test just how effective waterblocks are on the dominator kits so wasnt planning on testing overclock stability but if i wanna see how well they control high temps, it'd be rude not to ramp the herz up
