Ram Question...

Hey, on most C2D boards, there is a ram standard of ddr2800. Does that mean I won't be able to run DDR2667 sticks on the board?

You can run DDR2 667 on the board, i wouldnt mix them, not sure if taht would work, but as far as i know, DDR2 800 and down should work

Basically all RAM will work on a board, even the high spec stuff will run at DDR800 with a little bit of timing tweaks

The 667MHz set would run at 667Mhz and almost certainly higher with a bit of tweaking

Yeah as Bogel said, It should wok fine. You'll just need to run the ram at a divider.
