Ram for Mobo

Hi
Im after 8gb of Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600gb (2x4gb)
For my new Gygabyte z87x-ud4h Mobo.
I've just looked on Gygabytes web site and this memory is not on the compatibility list for the Mobo,
I'm sure I've seen other users using this memory with the same board.
I'm not sure what speed to get or what the difference is between the c9 version or the c11 version??
Can anyone help
Cheers

1600 MHz is plenty for gaming, but if it doesn't cost too much more going for an 1866MHz kit would be beneficial. Always go for the lowest possible Cas Latency, which is 9 in case of most 1600MHz kits.

Probably because the RAM is so new it's not in the list yet. It will work fine :)

Fernox your my hero
My first two posts on here and you've answered them both
Thanks mate
( I may be back again, this is my first build in 3 years, I think I'm more than a little bit rusty)

No problem mate, though next time if you ask two questions that are very related please don't make two seperate threads. Just post them in one :)

Feel free to ask more, that's what forums are for are guess! ;)
