Only on the RGB hub. Not that big of an issue, though you can get SATA to molex adapters if you want to avoid having the molex cable in your modular PSU.
I was looking at these a while ago when I upgraded my rad from 120-240. In the end I decided on just blue LED as I figured I wouldn't change it much, if at all. They looked nice though and were a decent chunk cheaper than other fans
