raid help

hi guys

i have to configure a new server with small business server 2003 and exchange server

and need some help picking a raid format

it has a sata raid controller fitted already that will run most of the formats

and 3x hard drives 250GB each, i also have 2x 400GB the same

my needs are to protect the data produced by the office staff

but also systems data like exchange server, mail etc

what would be the best configuration
