Help with RAID 0 and drivers needed

Not posted on here in a very long time, hoping some one can help me quickly, sorry if ive posted this in the wrong place, please move if so.

I started the process of reinstalling my computer last night but keep coming up against the same hurdle, Ive setup my computer with a RAID 0 setup, all that is fine but when I come to install windows 7 it throws up a screen asking for a driver, I've had this issue before but for the life of me I cannot remember how I sorted it, Ive listed my PC specs below for info: (Computer is a little outdated but does for what I need it for)

CPU: i7 3820 @3.6GHz
MOBO: ASROCK Extreme 4 x79
RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 16GB
SSD: 2x Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO
GPU: EVGA GTX780 3GB
PSU: Corsair RM850
CASE: White Corsair 600T
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100 with 2x Corsair SP120's
CD/DVD: Asus 24x DVD±RW DRW-24F1ST SATA
MONITOR 1: BenQ XL2420TX 24"
MONITOR 2: LG E2250V 22"

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what driver I need as Ive downloaded a few and none of them seem to work, I've used the drivers from my manufacturer website and also from the intel website and none to seem to want to work. It requires me to put the driver on to a USB stick.

Any help would be very much appreciated

I've only done this once but I remember the solution for me at the time was to use the original motherboard driver disc with an optical drive. Despite locating the right driver online I just couldn't get it to co-operate with a USB stick (Rampage IV Formula).

You will need to track down exactly who makes the RAID controller. It could be a Silicon Image chip or a Realtek or something. The driver itself will be a tiny INF file around 300k and you just put it on a USB stick.

If memory serves (though I could be getting muddled up with my old MSI) there are two separate RAID controllers on the board.

I *think* it's RSTe SATA Floppy Image ver:3.5.0.1101

Or

SATA Floppy Image ver:12.7.0.1036
