Right i need to rebuild my home server, ive got an issue which requires a rebuild, now im after a RAID Card, from what ive read and seen and read some more, i want to run raid 6, 6x3TB drives with 2 in parity.
i have no idea what to look for in a RAID card how bigger cache i need if i do need one. all my server is store files and runs a couple of VM's.
Id like to stick to Windows as im sure RAID drivers and stuff are finicky!
don't really wanna spend more than £300 on one, so what do you guys suggest?
