Radiator Fan Mounting

I was wondering if mounting the fans differently changes your temperatures that much

I put it in a picture to explain better.

I have my two 120mm fans mounted on the top of the radiator sucking air out of the case. My question is would I be better mouting them under the radiator or would changing the nature (blow or suck) of the fans help? And I was thinking about changing my radiator fans aswell to http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=12709&cat=0&page=1, also would like suggestions for them aswell

Atm i'm getting 43 degrees with a system temp of 31. I'm wondering if anyone is getting similiar figures with the 1090T.

And finally, is my loop fine, anyway I could improve it ?

Thank you.

On mine I go REZ > Pump > RAD > block > REZ

This way the cooler fluid is hitting the block immediately after the radiator.

on such a small loop it wont make much difference

Am I right looking at your it goes REZ > Pump > Block > RAD > REZ

Also i notice theres no fluild at the block? Is this before you primed it? or during?

Have you fully bled the system and removed all the air? Can you hear air passing through the tubing / pump etc... Bubbles in the lines.

It goes the same order as yours, also there is no liquid at the block because I didn't fill it completely but when it is running it looks fine.

I got as much of the air bubbles as I possible could, perhaps I should try again later. Just to be safe.
