Quick question on rad thickness

A. Slim rad with push pull config
B. Thicker rad with pull or push config

Everything else being the same in the system, what temp. diff are you guys experiencing with the diff set up?

advantages:
A = quieter?
B = ?

I'm on a AIO now, but will start acquiring parts for a custom loop this holiday season. Plan is 240 at the front and 240 at the top. Both cpu & gpu will be overclocked. Gpu will be watercooled. Drive cages already removed. Thanks

System right now is:
FX8350/Crosshair Formula/Corsair 750W psu/Arc midi R2/7970 gpu.

Thick rad with just push or pull with decent static pressure fans.

Push-pull is mostly for aesthetics or to improve the static pressure of crap fans.

A thicker rad is almost always better than a thin one.

ALWAYS better. if you have the same fans on a thick rad then just double them up on a thinner rad the thicker rad will perform better.
