Question about EuP 2013 in bois

I hope this is posted in the right place.
I have some questions about EuP 2013.
After I googled for more info on this I found out it stands for Energy using Products. If I disable this will it increase graphic card performance any?
Most of the comments I read on this were about usb charging devices, I want to know if it has any effect on other devices?

Your best bet would be to run a benchmark, turn off the setting, re-run the benchmark and compare.

I don't know much about EuP, but I can pretty much guarantee you your performance won't increase whether it's enabled or disabled. I think it just reduces power to your parts while they're off.

Thank you both for the replies,
I didn't know what exactly it did , I was looking through the bios and saw it in energy saving and I thought it might help.
From what I've read it is for usb charging.
