Question about CCC and older PCI card

I have a Radeon 9200 PCI card. I need to be able to invert the display so it can be used on an upside down monitor. The version of Catalyst that comes with the card has that option greyed out. I've tried to update just Catalyst but the program won't run after that. I've tried to get the updated package off the ATI website for this card but it tells me there's no INF or something to that effect when I try to install it. I need to run Catalyst version 6.7 and cannot seem to! Sorry, I'm kinda noobish...just need some direction here.

Can I ask why you'd want to run a monitor upside down?

Apparently theres a program out their called pivot pro which may help. Aside form that aparently the correct drivers for your card are 6.11 which do support it, maybe worth trying them?

All ready tried irotate and a few other free ones with no luck...

The 6.11 version is what I tried to install and it doesn't seem to agree with the hardware. CCC won't open if I install it manually. If I use the regular setup, it gives me that INF error.

The display needs to be inverted for a monitor that is bolted onto a shelf upside down in a machine shop...
