Quadcore processors

Anyone can recommend a good processor that emits temperature which is not too high or has a good threshold? I want a matching motherboard for your recommendation as well.

Definitely wasn't an insult bud. Getting a better idea of how much you are looking to spend is just part of tailoring a response to better suit what you want.

You know guys, I never mentioned that I'm going to get a new PC. I'm just curious what are the processors that can emit a lower temperature. I'm sorry.

There's no need to be so demanding. There may be too many quad cores to list that can 'emit a lower temperature' (Lower than what? What is cool in your eyes?) I would have though that temperatures would be more dependant on a cooler but I suppose the low-voltage quads may emit low temps (e.g Q6600 95W, Q9950S etc)
