well yea my core#0 always higher than the rest for SOME reason?

I wouldn't worry about it , the cores are never going to be the same temperature. There is about 8° difference between them on my processor aswell. It's just because of the binning process. That means the manaufaturer has certain requirements for the CPU to fall into a certain category. Maybe your Core #0 didn't match the requirements of a higher speedbin, so the whole chip got binned down.
