PWM Fan Control on ASUS X99-WS/IPMI

I'm having issues properly controlling my fans on this board, and looking for options to PWM control the fans using software.

The BIOS doesn't offer good options to control the fans, since this board does not have QFAN support. The only options are something like this: High speed, Full speed, Generic speed, Manual. Setting it to manual I can adjust the duty cycle, but there is no way to set up a fan curve and ASUS AI Suite does *not* work with this motherboard, I already tried.

So that only leaves me to use SpeedFan, which supposedly supports this motherboard in the latest version, however no matter what I do, I cannot get this software to work.

As you can see in the screenshot below, there's a lot of these "DO NOT USE" options. To get SpeedFan to work, there should be an option named "Software controlled". But honestly I've tried this software before with other Asus boards and have never gotten it to work and I really need help with this, or some other way of controlling the fan curve.

Have you tried the latest version of AIsuite from the website and not your driver CD?

Are you using 4pin PWM fans? If not you need to make sure the board is set to DC mode

There is no AI Suite available for this motherboard to download, and I don't have a DVD (none were included). I tried the version from one of the other WS boards, but it just gave an access violation on bootup.

Yes I am using only PWM fans, and I also moved the jumper on the board from BIOS only to PWM position, so PWM control should be possible. But it seem Asus does not provide any means to actually do it with this board.
