Purple Artifacts

Hey, I bought a GT440 used on ebay. Got it home today, plugged it in and booted up. I noticed screen artifacts everywhere. The screen is covered in yellow/purple boxes and white lines. I installed the drivers and it stays the same. Faulty card?

Sounds like it. Return it if you can.

Sounds faulty to me. Does it do that in the BIOS as well or only Windows?
