PSU wattage

Hello folks, hope you are having a great day, now to the point:
As the title says really, I am going to upgrade my rig (again) and want to start building from scratch. I have a case, very good cooler, Blu-ray drive, DVD writer (both internal), 2TB WD black, Asus Xonar DX PCI-E x1, Killer 2100 PCI-E x1 (gaming networking card). Now, I am going to start with a new PSU, to run in my backup PC for a while (the old one is dying!) and was thinking about fanless. I will be getting GA-Z77-D3H, i5 3570k, GTX 670, 8 gigs of 1.5V ram (2 sticks) and 256GB SSD. I have used this power calculator, applied overclock I am going to be aiming for (4.5 with 1.35V, will stick with less if the chip ain't good) and added all external USB deviced etc. It came up with recommended wattage of 454W. The PC will be used for gaming, primarily. No folding, no rendering etc - not really demanding applications. I am thinking about getting Seasonix X-460, is it pushing it too much? I know there should be some headroom, but those are PEAK wattages that I will probably never get to.. And the PSU is supposed to have really good efficiency in full load..
What would you suggest? I know there are cheaper 550 or 650 PSU's, I just put noise on a first place and the idea of fanless sounds great to me.. If it makes difference, my room is usually around 22 - 24 degrees, PSU is located on bottom of the case, good airflow throughout.
Anyone will try to put me off this idea?

Do not get a 460w pus, what you have to remember is that pus's are not 100% efficient, 80 plus gold is about 90% I believe, so in reality a 460w pus is only going to giving 420w. I wouldn't want to risk that, maybe get an AX650?

Thanks for the quick reply. I guess you are right, I don't want to stress my components too much after all, and the quietness is really important while the PC is idle, watching movies or listening to music. When I'm gaming I put my headset on anyway. Does the AX have the feature where the fan is off until some load? I was looking for the Seasonic X-560, the fan on that one doesn't start spinning until some 30-40 percent load.. But couldn't find it anymore.. On Scan, anyway, I prefer to shop there.
Cheers

You could use a quality 500-550w unit for that spec. A gtx 670 will pull ~170W peak while gaming (~240W furmark but who cares about that..)

I say 500 min because below that sort of wattage the quality seems to drop off into the 'meh' 'office pc' domain imo lol

AX650 will see you good for 670 SLI

edit, if you can wait corsair are launching the new platinum versions of the ax psus atm, I've seen 760w and 860w listed and I'd imagine there's a 660w too? they're only something like £5 more than the older ones.

I got BeQuiet! Pure power L7 530W, will use it later in my HTPC. And managed to get AX850 off eBay for £100 inc postage! Yay! I didn't realize before that PSU's reach highest efficiency in 50% of the load, thought it was the maximum one... So I got 850 to be somewhere around the sweet spot, and having the option to go SLi later on. Thanks for the help guys!
